Our Rate

Our rate is £105 per night, which reduces to £95 per night for stays of 7 nights or more. This rate is only available for direct bookings through this website

Stays over the Christmas and New Year holidays attract a supplement of £15 per night

We do not add booking fees or cleaning fees to our prices

Bookings - Things to Note

We have a minimum stay of 3 nights per booking

Sundays and Bank Holidays are not check in days

Bookings should be made at least 3 days before arrival

Your Booking Contract With Us

Your contract with us commences when we issue you with your booking confirmation by e-mail. Your contract will be on the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.

You, as the person making the booking, will be responsible for all members of your party.

Payment & Cancellations

If you are booking more than 4 weeks before your arrival date, a deposit of £75 is required within 3 days of booking. This deposit will be fully refundable in the event that you cancel your booking by e-mail at least 4 weeks before your arrival. After this free cancellation period your deposit will become non-refundable.

Please note that your booking is not finalised until we receive your deposit payment. In the event that you do not pay your deposit on time we will contact you to remind you. If after this reminder your deposit remains unpaid your booking may, at our sole discretion, be cancelled and the dates will be made available to other customers.

The balance payment is due 4 weeks before the start of your stay and must be paid within 7 days of our payment request.

Whenever a payment is due, we will send you an e-mail containing a secure link from our payment processor Square. This will enable you to pay us securely on-line by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

If We Need To Change Or Cancel Your Booking

We will only ever change your booking if the property requires emergency unplanned repairs that cannot wait.

In this unlikely event, we will offer you an alternative date or the opportunity to cancel your booking free of charge. In the event of a cancellation under these circumstances, any payments received from you will be returned in full.

We shall have no liability for any costs you may incur as a result of us exercising our rights under this Condition.

Loss or Damage

We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle of belongings, or injuries sustained by you or any member of your party.

In the unlikely event that anything in the property is broken or not working properly please report it to us immediately. If required, you agree that our contractors may enter the property during your stay to put things right for you.

We understand that accidents can happen. In the case of accidental damage during your stay you should report it to us immediately.

In the case of accidental damage, we will only charge you for repairs and/or replacements if the cost exceeds £50, in which case you will be required to pay any amount above this.

In the case of deliberate or wilful damage, you must report this to us immediately and you will be responsible for the whole cost of necessary repairs and/or replacements.

Our Right To Require You To Leave The Property

We may terminate our contract with you and ask you to leave The Hive immediately (without any compensation or refund being due) if we consider that you or a member of your party have committed a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions or we have received a complaint about anti-social or unacceptable behaviour.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be responsible for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions that is caused by an event outside of our control.

Our House Rules

Check-in is available anytime after 16:00 on your day of arrival

Check out must take place by 10:00 on your day of departure

We only accept a maximum of 2 guests, all of which must be at least 18 years of age

We do not accept pets

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the property, in the courtyard or outside the front door

We do not allow parties to take place in the property

You will be provided with a free of charge on-street parking permit for Ludlow's blue zone. This will commence at 16:00 on your day of arrival and will end at 10:00 on your day of departure. To put a parking permit in place we will require your car registration number at least 3 days before your arrival
